Introduction :3

Hullooooo. I'm Ruby, aka Sarah.

I'm part of the Roses 🌹 Collective.

I like to write a lot. You probably already know this if you follow my Fediverse account or my Bluesky account.

I will probably brain dump about programming projects (such as this website, or our music app), talk about our music and art, my thoughts on society and technology, our plurality meta and our system, Xenoblade, FFXIV, and I might even complain about social media :P I have a lot of interests and hobbies that I want to pick up as well :)

I do write a lot of longform stuff on my Fediverse account sometimes, and broken up thoughts in Bluesky threads (hate the arbitrary 300 char limit), but I've wanted to have a little centralized spot of where I can just write blog posts that can stand on their own. Perhaps a place where my posts from all these other places can get cross-posted and immortalized here. And so here is that space.

If you aren't using RSS and a feed reader, I recommend that you do if you want to keep up with things here. The URL is in the list of links on the left side (or at the top if you're on mobile / narrow width display). Note my RSS feed isn't the same as the main hey, maddie! one!
